Abstract
This article examines the possibilities and prospects for implementing adaptive educational platforms based on artificial intelligence technologies in the medical education system. The operating principles of intelligent learning systems are analyzed, including machine learning methods, big data processing, and content personalization algorithms. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of the traditional model of training future doctors, based on standardized learning paths, toward individualized, competency-based, and clinically oriented learning. It is concluded that the use of adaptive educational platforms based on artificial intelligence creates a new paradigm for medical education focused on continuous professional development and enhancing the clinical competence of future specialists.
