Abstract
This article focuses on the development of ethical standards for the use of artificial intelligence technologies in medical educational institutions. With the rapid digitalization of medical education and the introduction of intelligent learning systems, there is a growing need to establish normative and ethical guidelines governing the use of machine learning algorithms, data analytics, and adaptive platforms. This paper analyzes the key ethical challenges associated with the processing of students’ personal data, ensuring algorithm transparency, preventing algorithmic bias, maintaining academic integrity, and balancing automation with the role of educators. Particular attention is paid to the professional responsibility of educational institutions, protecting the confidentiality of medical information, and fostering a digital culture among future physicians. Principles for developing institutional ethical standards are proposed, including transparency, fairness, security, accountability, and human-centeredness. The need for an interdisciplinary approach to developing the regulatory framework, involving educators, medical specialists, IT developers, and bioethicists, is substantiated.
