Therapy for Fixation in the Proximal Tibial Fractures

Abstract
Objective To analyze internal fixation of proximal tibial fractures therapeutic effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of live our department in January 2011-2012 in March a total of 126 cases of proximal tibia fracture patients,113 cases were divided into two groups,the control group,113 cases with external fixation.Results The follow-up of 6-24 months,the patients of the control group,eight cases showed healing malformations,three patients showed no nonunion after internal fixation heal articular complications in 18 cases,according to the American Hospital for Special Surgery Insall JN knee scoring system,rated excellent and good rate was 46.29%;observation group patients with fractures healed,rated excellent and good rate was 97.21%,the two sets of line statistical comparison,P0.05.Conclusion The internal fixation of proximal tibial fractures,improve knee function,promote fracture healing.
