Analysis of the Clinical Diagnosis Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in 50 Cases with Tibial Plateau Fracture

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application for diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT of tibial plateau fracture.Methods 50 cases tibial plateau fracture were checked by spiral CT imaging data.Results X-ray showed fractures in 45 cases,the diagnostic accuracy was 90.0%.Multislice spiral CT scan showed fractures were 50 cases,the diagnostic accuracy rate of 100%.CT scan revealed the fracture type of diagnostic accuracy rate of more than X-ray diagnosis rate,but the difference was not significant,P 0.05.Conclusion The spiral CT scan of tibial plateau fractures with high accuracy,on the tibial plateau fracture diagnosis and treatment have important clinical value.
