Abstract
The healthy development of universities,which bear the responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents for the country and society,directly affects the development of the whole country.In recent years,the problem of delayed tuition payment among students has become more serious,hindering the development of universities.This problem is caused by a variety of reasons,and therefore,can be only solved through the efforts from the government,the universities proper and even the whole society.The paper,by analyzing the present situation,explores the related causes and puts forward some solutions.
