Improvement of the cultivation quality of graduate students by whole process control normatively

Abstract

In order to discuss how to do the work of education and management of graduate students in hospital under the new situation,the authors summarizes the education and management experience of graduate students in our hospital in recent five years,that is to say,students are given the manages in whole process from every angle,inclouding controlling the quality of source of students,admission training and management,graduation thesis defenses,and employment guidance,etc.Under this management mechanism,our hospital regardes the spirit of people-oriented and student-centric as educational principle,and the graduate education scale is expanding year by year after several years of exploration and development,which lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of our hospital.
