Abstract
Objective: To explore the quality and competence for modern operating room nurses.Methods: From the aspects of professional knowledge,operating skill,psychological quality,emergency-dealing ability,legal consciousness and medical ethics,the qualifications of operating room nurses in operating room work were analyzed.Results: The basic quality and competence of operation room nurses in this special medical environment are important foundations to guarantee the quality of surgery.Conclusions: Skilled professional basis,excellent psychological quality and communication skills,keen observation,outstanding emergency-dealing ability and high legal consciousness are essential for modern operating room nurses.Capable nurses can ensure operation smoothly,improve nursing quality of operating patients and reduce care disputes.
