Abstract
This paper explores the influence of new experts employment on scientific research performance in universities, through bibliometric software analysis based on the literature data from 1980 to 2018. With the diversified development of literature research, this paper mainly conduct study on research performance in universities from two aspects, the individual characteristics of talent and the environment of new expert employment.
