LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract in English only.This paper proposes that we should be alert to the power of data rationality in AI medical treatment, as data rationality may be disguised as "truth" to exclude other explanations. We should be alert to the discursive power of data knowledge in AI medical treatment, i.e., the potential for AI to replace doctors' knowledge and exclude other traditional knowledge by constructing new knowledge content, objects and rules. We should be aware of the possibility of AI data domination, namely the use of digitalization to monitor, discipline and coerce patients. We should also be alert to the alienating effect of the "data medical mode," which can erase people with data.
