Treatment of distal tibial fracture with minimally invasive anatomic plate fixation

Abstract
目的 探讨胫骨下段解剖型钢板小切口手术治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效.方法 2000年 1月～ 2002年 3月期间对 21例胫骨远端骨折( AO/ASIF分类: A1型 3例, A2型 5例, A3型 4例, B1型 3例, C1型 4例, C2型 2例)采用间接复位、小切口手术入路、胫骨下段解剖型钢板内固定手术治疗.结果 18例获得随访,平均随访 13.7个月,骨折均获愈合,临床愈合时间 3～ 5个月,无畸形愈合及钢板折弯或断裂,治愈后 89%伤肢基本恢复正常活动,关节功能恢复满意.结论胫骨下段解剖型钢板设计合理 ,固定效果良好,结合间接复位、小切口技术对骨折进行内固定符合生物学内固定要求,疗效优良.
