Some aspects of the development of the health system of Serbia and Japan

Abstract

The health system is the most important subsystem of society in a country, whose main goal is to improve and preserve human health. The development of the most efficient and effective health care system is necessary for the successful development of society. Technological and socio-economic development encourages the development of the health system and emphasizes the importance of effective management in health. By comparing the health care system of Serbia and Japan, we notice a significant difference in the functioning of these two systems. Therefore, it is necessary to look at specific problems in the health care system in Serbia and find appropriate ways to solve these problems at all levels of health care, looking at Japan as one of the world's best models of health care.
