Abstract
The impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic was severe and identified multiple critical challenges and weaknesses in most healthcare providers. Applying the approaches, tools and technology in this Pandemic Action Plan will help providers address these challenges and increase the capabilities and resilience of their organizations in the provision of care during this and future pandemics.
