Treatment for Tibial Plateau Fractures in the Elderly Using Ilizarov External Fixation

Abstract
【はじめに】軟部組織の薄い高齢者の脛骨プラトー骨折に対して，従来のplateを用いた治療では広範囲な展開が必要なため合併症のリスクが高くなる．今回我々は，高齢者の脛骨プラトー骨折に対してIlizarov創外固定器を用いて治療した2例を経験したので報告する．【症例】症例1：73歳男性．右脛骨プラトー開放骨折（schatzker type V）．同日，洗浄・デブリードマンを行い，受傷後13日目にIlizarov創外固定を行った．術後6週目で部分荷重歩行を開始し，術後14週目に創外固定を抜去した．症例2：84歳男性．右脛骨プラトー骨折（schatzker type V）．受傷後6日目にIlizarov創外固定を行った．術後4週目より部分荷重歩行を開始し，術後12週目に創外固定を抜去した．【結果】2例ともに大きな合併症を起こすことなく骨癒合し，独歩で退院となった．
