Abstract
In the medical field, block chain is being used to maintain the share and access of patient data. Openness and security standards for the interoperability system will be enhanced. The study has reviewed the technical implementations of blockchain and how the distributed technology has supported Patient-Centric health care records in Medicare billing and prescription data. In terms of healthcare, blockchain technology's benefits and characteristics are discussed. The traceability of healthcare information is improved with the help of blockchain technology.
