Abstract
Many artificial intelligence (AI) payment proposals do not capture the rapid changes in how AI tools are being deployed. Instead of treating per use AI company analysis fees as direct practice expense, we believe AI tools should be viewed as analogous to electronic health records and treated as indirect expenses.
