Abstract
Human intelligence cannot be replaced by automation. It also cannot be disputed that it adds unparalleled accuracy and dexterity to the operation. Only when augmentation is combined with automation can the talent search process become even more effective. For best results, make sure you set up and use the tools at your disposal. This study's main goal was to pinpoint several facets of entrepreneurs' use of AI-Based Technical Recruitment and how it affects the success of start-ups. Further, to investigate the impact of AI in Technical Recruitment and Start-up success primary data was collected from 85 start-up entrepreneurs through a Likert scale questionnaire. Simple linear regression and percentage analysis were used to analyze the data that was gathered. It was discovered that entrepreneurs' adoption of AI-Based Technical Recruitment has a major impact on the success of start-ups. The alternative hypothesis—that AI in technical recruitment has a major impact on start-up success— is accepted because the "P" value was 0.000, or less than 0.05. This depicts that, AI's predictive analytics capabilities enable startups to forecast hiring needs, identify potential skill gaps, and anticipate industry trends.
