Abstract
This paper seeks to bridge the literature gap in the field of Artificial Intelligence in Education (AIEd) by conducting a thorough analysis of its far-reaching impact as well as the emergent strategies to enhance AI literacy, the intricacies of AI-assisted teaching and learning, and the development of robust frameworks for AI integration within educational systems. To the best of our knowledge, this study is pioneering in its holistic approach, not only scrutinizing the transformative effects of AI technologies on learning experiences but also exploring their role in the nuanced interpretation of educational data for improved learning outcomes. By offering an expansive review of these underrepresented areas, our research significantly contributes to the AIEd discourse, laying a foundational groundwork for the effective application of AI in educational contexts and steering future academic inquiries.
