Abstract
In recent years, the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has revolutionized various sectors, including education. This innovative tool aims to enhance students’ understanding of academic subjects, providing personalized guidance and support. In Indonesia, where education plays a crucial role in national development, exploring the impact of ChatGPT on students’ learning experiences and outcomes becomes imperative. This study aims to fill this gap by reviewing the available literature in the broad field of chatbot technology in the education sector, identifying journals and studies related to chatbot technologies in Indonesia. In this study, we will explore some of the research and applications of chatGPT in Indonesia, as well as explaining the positive and negative impacts of implementing ChatGPT.
