Abstract
: AI holds significant potential to enhance diagnostic accuracy and decision making in pediatric orthopedics. Nevertheless, current research is limited by methodological inconsistencies and a lack of standardized validation protocols. Future efforts should focus on multicenter data collection, prospective validation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe and effective clinical integration.
