Abstract
Over the past few years, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) has emerged as one of the most transformative technologies shaping the global digital ecosystem. The concept of Generative AI reflects a significant advancement in the field of artificial intelligence, enabling systems to autonomously create content, ideas, and solutions across diverse domains through deep learning and neural networks. With its growing relevance, Generative AI has become a key driver of innovation, creativity, and productivity in business, education, research, healthcare, and governance. Recently, scholars and practitioners have intensified their focus on exploring the potential, challenges, and ethical implications of this rapidly evolving technology. Generative AI represents a paradigm shift from traditional automation towards intelligent co-creation, augmenting human capabilities while raising critical concerns regarding authenticity, bias, and transparency. This paper synthesizes contemporary literature on Generative AI and offers a conceptual framework to understand its evolution, applications, and strategic implications in the 21stcentury knowledge economy. The study highlights how organizations and institutions can harness the power of Generative AI responsibly to achieve sustainable technological transformation, fostering a harmonious balance between human ingenuity and machine intelligence. Moreover, the paper underscores the need for further theoretical and empirical research on policy, governance, and ethical frameworks to ensure inclusive and equitable AI-driven futures.
