Abstract
Healthcare system plays a vital role to uplift human life quality by introducing various fruitful solutions. In this paper, we have proposed an explainable AI (XAI) assisted framework for dementia disease classification in Healthcare 4.0. This framework consists of patient layer,data acquisition layer,AI layer, and XAI layer. we have used various machine learning (ML) techniques including Naive Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Gradient Boosting (GBM), and Random Forest (RF) to evaluate this proposed framework. XAI analysis revealed that age and cognitive test scores were the most influential features in prediction of dementia. The proposed framework aims to enhance dementia detection accuracy and provide interpretable results, fostering trust in AI-driven healthcare solutions.
