Abstract

This article examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in foreign language education,focusing on its potential benefits, current challenges, and ethical considerations. It examinesvarious AI-powered tools, including ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Suno AI, Wonderplan, MagicSchool,and discusses their role in supporting linguistic competence, cultural understanding, andassessment practices. The study also highlights the importance of combining AI with OpenEducational Resources (OERs) to promote inclusive and critical teaching approaches. Practicalexamples are provided to help educators integrate AI effectively, encouraging interculturalawareness, learner autonomy, and the development of digital and communicative skills.
