Abstract
Rapid advances in artificial intelligence (AI), particularly large language models (LLMs), are reshaping the theoretical and practical foundations of project management. Organizations increasingly rely on algorithmic forecasting, automated reporting, intelligent coordination, and data-driven decision-making. However, existing academic research mainly describes applied use cases rather than conceptual transformations of the project management methodology, managerial roles, or epistemological nature of the profession. This gap necessitates a systematic framework for understanding how LLMs influence project management processes and organizational capability development.
