TAGGATMA: An AI-Powered E-Learning Platform for Informal and Personalized Vocational Training of Talibés in West Africa

Abstract
TAGGATMA is a digital learning platform based on artificial intelligence, designed to promote the professional integration of talibés in West Africa. It combines an intuitive mobile environment with open source technologies (Moodle, BigBlueButton) and generative AI models such as ChatGPT, to offer a personalized pathway for learners from informal education. TAGGATMA integrates an intelligent tutoring system, pedagogical recommendations based on learning data, and realtime tracking. This project is part of a wider dynamic of inclusive digital transformation, directly linked to our doctoral research. Initial deployments are showing a positive impact on the engagement and skills development of young beneficiaries. This contribution is aligned with the Smart Learning Environment, Personalized Teaching and Artificial Intelligence in Education themes.
