Abstract

This chapter, The Gen AI Playbook: Redefining Responsible Consumer Engagement Strategies, examines how Gen AI is changing brand-consumer interactions. Gen AI technologies including huge language models, GANs, and diffusion models are examined and compared to marketing AI applications.
