RIANA Dashboard: A Blockchain-Enabled Approach for Representing AI Model Intent in OMOP with Atlas-Like Functionality

Abstract
The REALM Intelligent Analytics (RIANA) Dashboard is a user friendly alternative to OHDSI Atlas for documenting and reporting the intended use and claims of medical AI models within the OMOP Common Data Model. It supports transparent and reproducible specification of target populations, input features, and performance metrics using standardized clinical vocabularies. Through an intuitive web interface, users can define cohorts aligned with a model’s intended purpose, generate descriptive analytics, and compile results into a structured JSON model card. This approach facilitates regulatory alignment, supports CE marking preparation, and enables clear communication with data partners and authorities under emerging EU frameworks for medical AI.
