Abstract
Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed various sectors, including sports science and sports psychology. The integration of AI technologies such as machine learning, data analytics, wearable devices, and computer vision has enabled coaches, trainers, and sports psychologists to monitor athletes’ physical and mental performance more effectively. Sports performance is influenced not only by physical ability but also by psychological factors such as stress, motivation, concentration, and emotional stability. AI systems help analyze large volumes of performance data and psychological indicators to provide personalized insights that enhance athlete performance. This paper examines the role of artificial intelligence in sports psychology, focusing on mental performance monitoring, injury prevention, performance analytics, and personalized training. It also discusses the benefits, challenges, and future potential of AI technologies in improving both psychological resilience and athletic performance.
