Abstract
This study examines the role of ChatGPT, a well-known artificial intelligence technology, in enhancing marketing activities. The research aims to explore the influence of ChatGPT on customer decision-making. It specifically analyzes the impact of advertising texts generated with the help of ChatGPT on consumers. A literature review was conducted for this study, and various sources relevant to the research topic were examined during the data collection process. The sources included works related to ChatGPT in the marketing field, obtained from online websites and journal databases. Articles, journals, and publications from 2022 to 2024 were analyzed. However, not all articles, journals, and publications found during the research were used—only those directly related to the impact of ChatGPT on marketing were considered.
