Abstract
Access to timely and affordable healthcare remains limited due to high consultation fees, inadequate availability of medical professionals, and time constraints, particularly for individuals experiencing healthcare facilities unnecessarily for non-critical conditions. This paper presents an AI-powered smart health assistant designed to provide preliminary healthcare guidance through automated symptom analysis. The proposed web-based system enables users to securely input symptoms, which are analyzed using a machine learning model to identify the three most probable health conditions along with their corresponding confidence scores. The system utilizes symptom preprocessing and classification techniques to analyze user inputs and generate meaningful predictions. Based on the predicted conditions, the platform recommends appropriate medical specialists, suggests commonly used medications for temporary relief, and provides precautionary health advice to help users better understand their health status. Additionally, the system supports the generation and storage of detailed health reports, allowing users to maintain a comprehensive record of previous symptom assessments for future reference.
