Abstract

GymFlow is an AI-powered smart gym management system designed to improve the efficiency of fitness center operations and enhance user experience. The platform integrates membership management, attendance tracking using QR codes, personalized workout planning, and payment processing into a unified system. It leverages Machine Learning techniques to generate customized fitness recommendations based on user data and performance metrics. The system also provides real-time progress tracking and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for both trainers and members. Built باستخدام modern web technologies (React.js, Node.js, and MySQL), GymFlow ensures scalability, usability, and secure data handling. This project aims to bridge the gap between traditional gym management systems and intelligent, data-driven fitness solutions. This work was conducted at Arab International University (AIU), Syria.
