The major role of AI governance to check the development, challenges encountered, and emerging frameworks to enhance trust in the face of AI. By the current research and practices, this work contributes to the growing ethics into AI systems. The regular evolution and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the many such area like healthcare, finance, manufacturing. The governance has introduced societal benefits alongside significant ethical challenges. AI systems increasing the effects to human and critical decision-making processes, the transparency, and accountability. The AI systems must not only demonstrate technical reliability but also Impact established ethical principles, including fairness, respect for privacy, non-discrimination, and human oversight.
