Abstract
Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fast transforming key functions of the national system in the United States, especially the financial, medical, and supply chain processes. Generative AI helps in fraud detection, personalized financial products, production of synthetic data to train models, and regulatory documentation in the banking industry, which is related to better risk management and operational resilience. In the healthcare sector, clinical decision support, medical imaging interpretation, automated generation of reports, and accelerated drug discovery are some of the areas where generative AI is being utilized to assist healthcare providers to diagnose patients more accurately and decrease their administrative burden. Generative AI is applicable to supply chain systems to provide demand predictions, real-time logistics optimization, scenario simulation automated, and resilient planning by generating predictive data in complex data settings. In all these three areas, generative AI enhances efficiency, security, and scalability and helps national priorities to transform digitally. Nevertheless, generative AI is characterized by numerous issues related to data privacy, model transparency, regulatory compliance, and governance, with the most common usage possible. These problems should be discussed to provide responsible universal implementation and the sustainable economic development.
