Effectiveness of AI-Assisted Training Programs on Skill Development and Injury Prevention

Abstract
The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into sports training has transformed traditional coaching and performance enhancement practices. AI-assisted training programs utilize data analytics, machine learning, and wearable technologies to monitor performance, personalize training loads, and identify injury risk factors. The present research paper examines the effectiveness of AI-assisted training programs in improving skill development and preventing sports injuries among athletes. Through a structured experimental methodology and review of recent empirical evidence, the study evaluates changes in skill performance indicators and injury-related variables. The findings indicate that AI-assisted training significantly enhances technical skill execution, optimizes training efficiency, and reduces injury incidence by enabling early detection of biomechanical and physiological stress. The study highlights the importance of integrating AI technologies with conventional coaching for sustainable athlete development.
