Abstract

This document constitutes the fifth and summarising part of the Odra 1305 AI Working Paper series, developed by the ELWRO non-profit initiative. The series comprises four preceding documents registered in the Zenodo repository, which together define the concept, architecture, implementation approach, and self-development model of a local AI-based system assistant.Version v0.5 introduces no new technical assumptions. Its purpose is to synthesise the entire body of work: presenting the project's evolution from idea to implementation, formulating key architectural principles as a coherent manifesto, providing an honest assessment and critique with recommendations, and positioning the project among comparable global initiatives. The document is intended for first-time readers and reviewers evaluating the project's maturity alike.
