Abstract
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into entrepreneurial psychology research presents both transformative opportunities and significant ethical challenges. AI enables the analysis of large and complex datasets, predictive modeling of entrepreneurial traits, and insights into decision-making, creativity, and risk-taking behaviors. However, these technological advancements raise critical ethical concerns, including data privacy, informed consent, algorithmic bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability. This chapter examines the ethical dimensions of AI applications in entrepreneurial psychology, offering a comprehensive overview of foundational principles, practical guidelines, and best practices for responsible research. It emphasizes human-AI collaboration, inclusive data practices, and culturally sensitive model design as essential strategies for maintaining trust, equity, and research integrity. Future directions highlight emerging ethical issues and the need for interdisciplinary governance.
