AI Powered Tools and Employee Well Being: A Conceptual Framework for Human Resource Management

Abstract
The integration of AI into Human resource management functions created new ways for enhancing employee wellbeing and organizational engagement. Employee well-being has emerged as one of the most important concerns for organizations. Increasing level of workplace stress, burnout, and voluntary attrition are costing organizations more amount of money and talent every year. AI is transforming the way organizations manage their people. The paper brings these two important developments together by examining how AI powered tools can directly improve employee wellbeing in organizations. This paper provides the conceptual proposes and examines a framework that has on AI powered tools such as sentiment analysis, Burnout detection, Personalised Learning and Development, and Retention analysis. AI powered tools as independent variables which significantly improves dimensions of employee well being. This paper adopts the literature on technology driven human resource management by providing conceptual framework that bridges AI capabilities with employee wellbeing outcomes. It is sourced from existing theory and published literature to propose a new framework that can be tested empirically in future research.
