Investigating the Competencies of Faculty Members in Community Organization Departments Towards Testing Artificial Intelligence Outputs in Scientific Research

Abstract
This study falls within the scope of descriptive community organization studies, as the study aimed to determine the competencies of faculty members in community organization departments towards using artificial intelligence outputs in scientific research, determine cognitive competencies, determine skill competencies, determine ethical competencies, and determine the challenges facing faculty members. To achieve this goal, it was applied to a sample of 65 individuals from faculty members in service colleges. The results of the study showed a high level of professional cognitive competencies, identifying the use of reference and source management tools (with an average of (2.77). A high level of professional skill competencies, artificial intelligence applications help in speeding up electronic communication with researchers, with an average of (2.72). A high level of professional ethical competencies, interest in marketing the results of scientific research to members of society, with an average of (2.65). A high level of challenges facing faculty members, weak technological and digital level among faculty members, and weak conviction of faculty members of the importance of artificial intelligence applications in the educational process, with an average of (2.73).
