Abstract
AI-supported talent management can bring many benefits to organizations, such as automating repetitive tasks, reducing bias in hiring and promotions, and providing more accurate and comprehensive data on employee performance. However, there are also challenges to be aware of, such as concerns about privacy and data security, potential loss of human touch in the recruitment and management process, and the need for proper implementation and training to ensure the technology is used effectively. Additionally, it is important to consider ethical implications of using AI in decision-making processes related to talent management.
